UK Next Day delivery is available for orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT on a Friday will arrive Monday.
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders via email. Received items this will need to be signed for.
- DHL: International Shipping
All orders will be processed and shipped in one business day (Monday to Friday until 13:00 GMT). Customers are responsible for any custom charges applicable for shipments into your country. Deliveries will be made Via DHL for delivery. Full tracking will be made available to you via email. Items will require a signature at point of delivery.
SHIPPING Pre-order/Stock Items
1. Items on pre-order require a 2 week’s processing time prior to dispatch.
2. If you require pre-order items and stock items, please create two separate orders, this will allow for ready to ship items to be sent asap
Please note it is the customers responsibly to enter the correct delivery details for items.
All shipping times provided are an estimate and are applicable to orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following working day; orders placed after 13:00 GMT on Fridays will dispatch the following Monday. In order to be eligible for a refund, items need to be returned in 14 calendar days, stating the original order number.
- After we receive your item, our team will review the item to ensure that it is returned in the original condition, items must be unworn, unwashed, have original tags attached.
- The money will be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
We will exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will exchange once the original item has been returned.
Please note items that are not eligible for refunds/exchanges:
1. Items purchased in a SALE can only be returned for an exchange.
2. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on masks/headbands
We do not provide return labels; it is the customers’ responsibility to cover the cost of return. To ensure the item is returned, it is advised that you use a tracking service for parcel returns.
We reserve the right to withhold a refund/exchange if goods are not returned in their original condition and/or if our goods have been damaged after point of sale through misuse or carelessness.
